#1 - Shipping Manager
Job brief
We are looking for an experienced Shipping
Manager to manage daily shipping and order picking operations. You will be the
one to ensure complete orders are shipped and delivered in a timely manner.
A successful shipping manager is well-organized,
accurate and excels in communication. They must be comfortable with paperwork
and information systems, able to lift 120 pound fabric rolls periodically and capable
to pick and ship 50 orders per shift.
The goal is to ensure that the shipping
processes are running smoothly and effectively.
Requirements

Resolve issues regarding shipped orders
Good physical strength and stamina
Have a valid driver’s licence
Experience or license in handling forklifts
High school diploma or equivalent
Responsibilities
Direct the flow of packages from
preparation to shipment
Receive, record and stock incoming shipments
Maintain stock levels
Expected Start Date: February 1, 2021
Schedule: Monday to Friday – 8:00 AM to 4:30
PM
Salary: $52,000/year with annual raises

#2 - Customer Service Representative
Job Brief
We are looking for a customer-oriented
service representative.
A Customer Service Representative, or CSR,
will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any
emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and
efficiency.
You are genuinely excited to help
customers. You are patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative and love
to talk. As a customer service representative you can put yourself in our customers’
shoes and advocate for them when necessary whilst providing us priceless customer
feedback.
The target is to ensure excellent service
standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer
satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage
large amounts of incoming calls
Identify
and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
Build
sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and
interactive communication
Handle
customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the
time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
Take
the extra mile to engage customers
Record,
pick, label and mail samples to customers
Create
pick lists and invoice incoming online orders
Requirements
Proven
customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
Strong
phone contact handling skills and active listening
Customer
orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
Excellent
communication and presentation skills
Ability
to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
High
school diploma or equivalent
Valid
driver’s licence
Expected
Start Date: February 15, 2021

Salary:
$17.50 per hour with annual raises
