Items may be returned within 30 days after purchase. When we receive the returned item(s) in good condition we will refund the same issuing credit card used for the original purchase less the shipping costs and a 20% restocking charge. We DO NOT accept cut fabrics for return. Please use our free sample service to touch, feel and see the fabric prior to purchase.
If a package is refused, return shipping will be deducted from the amount refunded plus 20% restocking charge. The item being returned must be in the same condition as it was sent, including all packaging and instructions.
To return an item, please call Customer Service at 877-780-2722 or e-mail us for a return authorization (RA) number. Have your invoice number from your receipt ready when you call. Be sure to repack your item in the same manner as it was sent. You will be held liable for any items that are broken in return shipping due to improper packaging. Clearly print the RA number on the outside of the package.
Items that may not be returned are cut fabrics, foam, pillows and special order items and any items that have been altered in any way such as cutting, sewing, marking etc.
